Are you one of the people who hasn’t jump on the migration to Windows Vista? Still having doubts about the stability and usability of Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows Vista?

If yes, fear no more as you can test out Windows Vista without even buying/installing on any of your machine!

To test out Windows Vista, please visit: http://www.windowsvistatestdrive.com/

You will be able to choose which edition of Windows Vista to test.

The above website will be hosting the virtual machines of Windows Vista and will stream it to your javascript enabled browser running Internet Explorer.

Note: Currently only US and Canada visitors can run the virtual machines.

I am satisfied Windows Vista User. I don't think virtual machine can prove anything. Users gotta get a new Windows Vista PC (or upgrade his PC) in order to test Windows Vista. Indeed, Windows Vista behaves differently in diffrent specs.

Right you are, Sonic...but it is just to give an idea to people who don't know anything about Vista...
It tells them how Vista looks and operates, how the new UI is and etc. etc...
But the real thing can only be seen, once we install it... (Y)
Oh and thanks alot for telling, Beau!!! ;)

I use Vista Ultimate x64 and XP Pro x64 SP2 on separate partitions. The reason is because XP is still faster at running applications such as games, but I must admit that Vista has a lot of functionality improvements to boast like a better start menu and visible memory space bars in my computer (they really help me for some reason).

The problem that I believe that most Vista users suffer from and this I keep telling people, is that Vista is still a very new OS and the few applications that are already coded for it will not all necessarily work as well as they do on XP.

Vista in my opinion, is still a work in progress - use it but be prepared for things to not work properly.

I use Vista as my primary OS since I just got my CS3 upgrade, so I have software that I presume is Vista ready.

In most situations, Vista is fine, and I quite like it, however, it's clearly not "finished" and sometimes it will just freak out. Most common for me is it will hang on reboot and I have to

There's no way it could be as refined as XP is at this point, but over time Vista will get better and be the superior OS.

Right now, I'm constantly on the hunt for new drivers, software updates, etc to make it run better.
