I have Vista Home Basic and processor AMD Turion X2. Is necessary install AMD dual core optimizer in vista?

it's as necessary as installing one in xp. some people use one and a lot don't. Personally I use CleanMyPc it's an optimizer as well & lots more. And loving it. wouldn't live without it, but it's a matter of opinion. All I know is that I got a speed increase of more than 20%.

Yes the AMD optimizer does improve performance slightly for me anyway.

I'll try it. I posted something like this on another forum, and they said it was included in the pc for Vista if it is new. That only this was for XP.

just installed it on vista and it doesnt work guess it only for XP, hopefully they will bring out 1 that works for vista :)
