please i need help and i dont find any information to solve this issue everytime i turn on my pc it takes like 1 minute to boot after i see the vista boot logo with the sliding bar at the bottom, i dont know what to do or how can i fix it, everything was fine until i installed some windows updates 5 days ago, i tried system restore but unfortanelly i only see the last 3 days so theres no point to do that.........also when i turn my pc off it takes some time to turn completley off, not as much as when i turn it on....then i checked event viewer and in performance, i get this :

please i already searched for information about how to fix this on the web and i havent find anything even on the microsoft's website, my computer was fast to boot and now its not due to those updates i think, but im not sure.....everything else works fast....games, encoding, this is my only problem....
