If you have posted a topic in the Support forum, when we have decided it seems to have been resolved, then it will be marked with a [Resolved] at the start of the topic title and it will be moved to Resolved Topics (which you can see at the top of the support section).

Please check in there before asking where your topic went.

If you download our Sidebar Gadget then you will still see your topic listed even if it has been moved to the Resolved Topics forum.
