I install X3 Reunion to Window Vista and I
have problem with StarForce Driver and to
start the game. All I could do was removed the StarForce Driver.
But I think I need another driver compatible with
Vista . Any suggestions on how to fix the problem let me
know. Thank you

Yes this was a known issue with Starforce, there is an update for Vista, read here

Or you can do this

With the release of 2.0.x, X³ no longer requires the physical media nor Starforce in order to run.

Be aware that removing Starforce may cause other applications that require it to cease functioning, in which case they would need reinstalling.

If you wish to install X³ without installing Starforce, the procedure is as follows:
Install X³ 1.0 from the CDs/DvD. Do not run the game! Apply the 1.0 -> 2.0.02 patch. Run the game.
This will prevent Starforce from installing unneccesarily, as it does not install until you run the game for the first time.
