red alert 2 Wont install Rate Topic: -----

I installed red alert 2 on my hp with vista premium i also installed the patch 1.08. When i go to play the game the only option it gives me is to install the game again. the files are there and the game is installed but i cant play it. I have the disc and codes so it is a legal version. I installed it on my laptop with vista premium and the game works fine. What am i doing wrong?
