You might just have to wait until Vista is officially released. Did you try emailing them and asking if they are even going to have vista drivers?

I appreciate your help but i have finally figured it out...for all the people that need this it should work! You go to control panel then to screen resolution under appearance and personalization. Then you click advanced settings and properties on your video card. Next you click on the driver tab and click update driver and select browse my computer for software but u must have the drivers and installation in a folder for this to work.

Hi, when you clicked on the update driver, what driver did you navigate to? Was it the one for the ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 for Windows 2000, XP, or the Catalyst for Vista??

Thank you.

I have the same question as Kevin has, which driver did you navigate to.

Thanks

I installed Windows Home Basic last night and the display did not work well. The icons were twice as big and fuzzy. I called Vista tech support and they looked for ati mobility radeon 9000 driver on ati.com but could not find it. i could not live with the blurry look until a driver (if it will) is developed. Does anyone know where I can get the vista display driver for the 9000?

Thanks!

Same problem here. I installed Windows Vista and my Radeon 9000 IGP driver was replaced by the standard VGA driver. Therefore, the max resolution I got was 1024x768, and video playback had very bad quality (sound and picture were not synchronized). I know there's no Vista driver for my graphics card (yet..??), but do you know if there's any way to at least get a higher resolution and better video playback?? (i.e. is there a way to keep a working XP driver for this card after installing Vista??)

Thanks.

This may help some of you if you haven't already done so... I can put my screen to 1280*800.

In device manger,
right click standard video adapter,
click update driver software,
click browse for drivers on my computer,
click let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer,
*make sure you uncheck "show compatible hardware",
ATI Mobility 9000 sould be in the list.
Select and restart.
