Web Object Control is associated with help files. Get a copy of autoruns:

http://technet.micro...s/bb963902.aspx

and find what is running at startup which involves a help file

Hi Mark

It's probably one of your gadgets on the Sidebar.
Check if one gadget is appearing on the "Gadgets running" list but does not show on screen.
Otherwise try disabling one gadget at a time until the problem disappears.

According to your posted:dnserrordiagoff_webOC, the message indicated that the DNS error for dial-up off... Maybe, you have installed a sidebar gadgets that need to connect to internet to get update as you power up your PC. According to my experience, I guessed, you have installed a Clock gadgets, such as the "bijintokei.Gadget" on your PC, Am I correct?
To fix the problem, you need just to set your PC Internet Connection as:"Alays dial my default connect".......
