Malware most likely. Run a full scan with Malwarebytes.

Ok thanks, but i cant install that now,,cause today soon as i logged it seemed some big sh** has gone wrong with my computer
my sister talled me she had a probelm with loggin on , when she logged on her documents would show up thats it! and a black screen at the back if u minimize it tough look u have to logg back off. i checked all 4 accounts on my computer and same thing even my account (admin) i think a VIRUS is eating my computer. ok i did try to run in safe mode but i forgot the key combination LOL i think someting like F8 and oh i cant even scan my computer with Norton 360 cause no programs show up except documents. and last thing is how will i start norton 360 from CMD and one thing my sisters account is missing her LOCK so she cant lock her account but everyone else can.

what shall i do?

Thanks
Asim.

Boot into Safe Mode (and yes, the key is F8) and log on to an administrator account. If you only see "my documents" and nothing else restart explorer (by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete, opening the task manager, selecting the processes tab and ending "explorer", then starting it again). From there you might try running a scan, even though considering your PC is so badly infected, I'd just back up any important data and reformat, if possible.

Good luck.

It appears your browser may have been hijacked.

Many times these Hijack programs disable and delete the Restore Points.

If they have not, I would try to perform a System Restore Point to a time before you started getting these popups.

There are many Malware programs that the Anti-Malware programs just cannot catch.

You may need to boot into safe mode and see if you have any luck there.

Most of the time the Malware has defeated all efforts to rid the system of these programs, short of a fresh install.

You might also be running some kind of software that reinstalls that malware, that's why the pop-ups won't go away. As Hanspuppa, sometimes the best way is to do a fresh install, unless you can still restore or find out which piece of software is causing the issue. You might also want to try different anti-spyware products, as no product catches all threats but a combination of a few could be more effective (remember to keep all real-time scans off to prevent incompatibilities).

As this seems to be adware and not a virus, this might not work. Id try running Trend Micro Housecall. The reason that I say this is b/c you may have gotten a virus that has hijacked your AV software in a way that it can no longer see it (I know there used to be some that could do that, dunno if there still are or not). Housecall runs from TM's servers, and as such the difinition file can't be effected by what's on your machine.

Another option is to remove the drive and install it as a slave in another machine (assuming that this is a desktop PC, and you have access to another machine with which to try this). Then use the other machine's AV to scan your drive. It's possible that the virus is starting up with your OS and stealthing itself before your AV software comes online.

That said, after you get rid of this monster, always make sure that you're running antivirus software and anti spyware/adware software with up to date definitions. If your subscription with Norton has run out, there are several great free solutions, and there are threads all over the forum with suggestions.
