Ok so i have Rainbow six Raven shield and i cant go online here are my PC details

ok so i meet most of the requirments to play Rainbow six raven shield but when i go online it says "user ID not registred" i am registred thought i have spoke to Ubisoft but they were not very help full i have been looking for an answer for ages i hope now i can find it.
