Hi everyone,

I have tried uninstalling a program called ac3filter. However it still leaves behind a dll ac3filter_intl.dll, is it possible to find out which process is using it?
This is the error I am gettting:

> The action can't be completed because the file is open in another program
> Close the file and try again.

Either boot into safe mode and then delete it else get a copy of autoruns from here:

and use it to stop it running at startup, reboot and then delete it.

Isn't there a way to stop it while it is running, without restarting?

Well, you can open task manager and look for any process that could be using that file, or relogin. But rebooting is by far the safest and most reliable option.
